Egypt discovered a well-preserved mummy

A well-preserved mummy has been discovered by a group of Spanish archaeologists in Luxor, southern Egypt, the Egyptian Ministry of Antiquities announced on Sunday.

The archaeologists were working at the Temple of Millions of Years of ancient Egyptian pharoah Thutmose III, when they found a sarcophagus containing a mummy in very good condition, which the archaeologists believe could date from 1075-664 BC.

The sarcophagus was likely that of a servant of the royal family whose name was Amenrenef.
